Mighty luxurious temples, vibrant street life, and skyscrapers that grow like mushrooms after the rain. These are just three out of a thousand reasons why Bangkok is one of the most visited cities in the world.
It attracts vacationers as well as businessmen and Le Meridien Bangkok offers the best for both.
The unique personality and an artistic edge are noticeable when you just approach the entrance of the hotel.
There you’ll be welcomed by a huge friendly dog – an epic sculpture by the Thai artist Wasinburee Supanichvoraparch.
These dot-dogs can be found all over the hotel in different sizes and even different tastes. We had a chocolate one waiting for us in the room.
The overall design of the hotel emits a minimalist yet sophisticated design, that goes hand in hand with the cities metropolitan urban vibes.
You can really see how the designers have concentrated their efforts on every smallest detail, making Le Meridien a true art deco masterpiece.
The chic design combined with the professional customer service made our stay at Le Meridien hotel Bangkok felt like an unforgettable adventure.
We were treated with small surprises in the room daily, whether it’s a chocolate dog sculpture or an insanely delicious coffee dessert.
The nice conversations with the staff at the breakfast table and their warm smile and willingness to help with everything were a few of the main things that made our third visit to Bangkok the best one so far!
The 282 rooms at Le Meridien Bangkok range from a Standard Room to a 1 Bedroom Presidential Suite with skyline view.
Suite or no suite, each of the rooms is perfectly equipped with anything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You will score prime city views through the impressive full-length glass wall.
Enjoy some drinks and snacks from the minibar while watching the world go by behind your windows.
You’ll find a complimentary tea and coffee in the room with your own kettle where to boil the water.
The bathrooms are huge with epic rain shower, a robot-toilet and a deep tub, where to relax with a glass of champagne in hand. Bring on the “me time!”
Functionally the rooms are perfect for families traveling with small children, as everyone will have their corner where to chill.
Plus the minimalist design is a great advantage in this case, as the kettle, the iron, and other details are smartly hidden from the eyes of kids.
Le Meridien Bangkok is also a pet-friendly hotel, so you’ll be welcome even if you travel with a furry friend. There’s enough space for undisturbed relaxation for anyone!
Also, those traveling for business will find Le Meridien comfortable, as there is specially designated work zone in each room, making it comfortable to get some work done by the computer.
WiFi is excellent throughout the hotel, so you won’t have to leave your room to be able to do some work stuff.

Le Meridien Bangkok made out taste buds so happy. The delicious Asian cuisine, marvelous Éclairs and the best Italian pica in town are unforgettable.
What an awesome journey of tastes!
For breakfast, guests can choose from 3 different options – a buffet type of breakfast, International breakfast, and American breakfast.
Our suggestion hands down is to enjoy the buffet breakfast! The selection of different cuisines and types of food is huge, including restaurant quality dishes and service.
Fresh coconut for breakfast? Can’t think of a better drink in the morning. What about a salmon or a steak? After all, we’re on vacation, so why not?!
Everyone will be happy there! The selection is unique and delicious for vegetarians and vegans as well, including gluten-free products.
Restaurant – Latest Recipe
If you feel like going on a true journey of tastes starting from the iconic Mediterranean enclaves of Nice and Portofino all the way to the essence of Asia, the restaurant „Last Recipe” is the right place for you.
This is the top place in Bangkok where to enjoy a gastronomic fulfillment.
It’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reservations in advance are required.
In addition the restaurants, there’s also a stylish french style coffee house Latitude 13° and a fancy hotel bar that opens for drinks in the evening.
We definitely suggest you visit Latitude 13° at least once during your stay just to enjoy the excellent french Éclairs or an espresso dessert, that will pump up your batteries for a fun day or night out in the town.
Sweat it out at the LM Bangkok fitness center which is furnished with the latest in exercise Technogym equipment. Or you can treat yourself with a relaxing massage or a beauty procedure at the SPA center.
You can also lounge by the pool while enjoying a delicious fruit cocktail from the pool bar.
Le Meridien Bangkok is located in the Silom area, that’s known to be the city’s commercial district. I’d rate the location as excellent because everything you need is just around the corner.
The Patpong Night Market is less than 10-minute walk away or a local marked only 5 minutes away from where you can try a good variety of street food options for lunch.
There are several nice Indian restaurants with great vegetarian options in the area. About 15 – 20 minutes walk away there’s a Lumpini park.
It’s a perfect spot for those wanting to do some jogging or aerobics during travels.
There you can join the locals in different sports activities. Some even say that you can spot the famous monitor lizards right there in the park if you go for an early morning jog.
A very comfortable and fast way how to move around Bangkok during the rush hour (which is basically any hour of the day in Bangkok) is taking the SkyTrain.
The nearest BTS SkyTrain stop Sala Daeng is a 10-minute walk away. Using that it will take less than an hour to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport.

◽THE WOW FACTOR
There are two things that stood out above everything else at Le Meridien Bangkok during our stay.
One is the exquisite breakfast buffet and the fresh coconuts with engraved Le Meridien hotel logo. Nothing better than starting the day off with a vitamin bomb that is fresh coconut water.
And the other thing – the heartwarming staff of the hotel. Everybody genuinely felt like great friends, who will make sure that your stay here is unforgettable.

Cheers to the weekend! ⭐️🍸 . We just spent the best couple of days at our beloved @lemeridienbangkok 🖤 . I’ve heard so many people say that they don’t love Bangkok and prefer to go to other places in Thailand instead. I wasn’t the biggest fan either until this week when we visited it for the 3rd time and everything changed. . Turns out the key is the area where you stay. It makes all the difference and sets the mood for the whole trip. . The first time we stayed on Khao San Road and didn’t love it. The next time we stayed at the far corner of Sathorn area and still didn’t love it. But now, staying in Silom where Le Meridien is located turned out to be perfect. 🤩 . It’s so near the Lumpini park where you can enjoy the nature and go for a jog or get some nice street food on nearby streets. There’s just a special charm to that place. ✨ . So make sure to really research the area where you’ll stay in Bangkok for it to fit your expectations in order to have a great Bangkok experience. . Have you found any cool Bangkok hotel gems that you can share with us for our next visit? . #thetravelleaf #destinationunlocked #lemeridien #lemeridienbangkok
